Turning Machine

Cnc Turning

CNC Turning is a manufacturing process in which bars of material are held in a chuck and rotated while a tool is fed to the piece to remove material to create the desired shape. CNC lathes or turning centers have tooling mounted on a turret which is computer-controlled.

A lathe spins the work piece in a spindle while a fixed cutting tool approaches the work piece to slice chips off of it. Due to technological advancements, CNC lathes are quickly replacing some of the older and more traditionally used production lathes, such as the multispindle. CNC lathes come with a number of benefits.

Function of a Milling Machine

The milling machine is used in shaping flat and irregular surfaces. Aside from this main function, the milling machine can also perform other tasks such as drilling, routing, planning, cutting gears, boring, and producing slots among others.

Milling Machine Operate

Profile milling: Profile milling refers to milling operations in which the machinetool creates a cut path along a vertical or angled surface on the workpiece. This process employs profile milling equipment and cutting tools which can be either parallel or perpendicular to the workpiece's surface.

Welding Facility

Arc welding

Arc Welders Work

In arc welding, the intense heat needed to melt metal is produced by an electric arc. The arc is formed between the actual work and an electrode (stick or wire) that is manually or mechanically guided along the joint. Most welding in the manufacture of steel products uses the second type of electrode.

It is a type of welding that uses a welding power supply to create an electric arc between a metal stick ("electrode") and the base material to melt the metals at the point of contact. Arc welding processes may be manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated.

Mig welding

MIG welding is an arc welding process in which a continuous solid wire electrode is fed through a welding gun and into the weld pool, joining the two base materials together. A shielding gas is also sent through the welding gun and protects the weld pool from contamination. In fact, MIG stands for metal inert gas.
